What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us.
• Business information you enter: your idea, customer, budget, timeline, location and any notes you add.
• Generated work: the launch kit, money model, market check and checklist progress tied to your businesses.
• Usage records: counts and timestamps of AI generations, used to enforce fair-use limits and keep the service reliable.
• Technical data: standard logs and error reports needed to operate and secure the app.

How we use it

To create and display your drafts, to keep your work saved to your account, to authenticate you, to prevent abuse and enforce usage limits, to fix problems, and to send you service messages about your account. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business information to advertise to you.

AI processing

To generate your drafts we send the business details you provide to AI model providers through our hosting platform. We do not send your password. Business information you enter may be processed by those providers to return a result. Do not paste sensitive personal data, government identification numbers, banking credentials or customer records into the app.

Who can see your data

Your businesses and generated assets are private to your account and protected by per-user access rules in our database. Service providers who process data on our behalf include our hosting and database platform, our authentication provider, and AI model providers. We disclose data otherwise only when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Cookies and storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use advertising trackers.

Retention

We keep your account and business data while your account is active. Delete a business and its generated assets are removed with it. Ask us to close your account and we delete your personal data, except records we must keep for legal, security or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can view and edit your business information at any time, export your launch kit, reset your password from the sign-in page, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; contact us and we will honor them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per user, and secrets stay on the server side. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
