Terms of Service

Last updated September 11, 2026

1. What this service is

RMH Business Engine helps you turn a business idea into a set of working drafts: a business identity, a pricing and money model, a market read, website and marketing copy, sales scripts and a step-by-step setup checklist. Everything it produces is a draft for you to review, edit and approve.

2. Not legal, tax or financial advice

Nothing in this service is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Business structure guidance, tax notes, cost estimates and revenue projections are educational estimates only. Before you rely on them, confirm with a licensed attorney, accountant or financial professional in your state or country.

3. Filings and actions you must complete

We do not file paperwork, register businesses, obtain tax numbers, open bank accounts, verify identity, sign documents or pay fees on your behalf. Anything requiring a signature, a fee, identity verification or a government or third-party approval remains your responsibility. A checklist item marked complete in this app means you told us you completed it — it is not confirmation from any agency.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

5. Acceptable use and fair limits

Do not use the service to build anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, to impersonate others, to send unsolicited bulk email, to scrape or resell our output at scale, or to attempt to bypass security or usage controls. AI generation is subject to per-account daily limits so that one account cannot degrade the service for everyone. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of the business information you enter and of the drafts generated for your business. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content so the service can work. We keep ownership of the software, prompts, templates and design of the platform itself. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique; check names, slogans and marks for conflicts before you use them commercially.

7. Third-party services

The service may link to or work alongside third parties such as domain registrars, payment processors, email providers and AI model providers. Their terms govern their services, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or decisions.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, missed filings, penalties or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. You can export your launch kit before you go.
